A very sad Ted Cruz, not on stage. pic.twitter.com/MaAM6lvA4A

So, we all knew about the spectacle of the Huckabee/Cruz Taliban-fest in Kentucky over Kim Davis today. But what seemed to be lost in all the reporting here was what actually happened to Cruz. Because, as you recall, it was Huckabee that seemed to dominate the stage.
Well, he got Cross-Blocked.
That's right folks, according to the New York Times reporting,
When Senator Cruz exited the jail a throng of journalists beckoned him toward their microphones, but an aide to Mr. Huckabee blocked the path of Mr. Cruz, who appeared incredulous. The above tweet captures Cruz at that moment. Aw. Poor baby.Moments later, Mr. Huckabee appeared, joined by Ms. Davis. He stuck close to her side as she approached the reporters, and again when she took the stage, and cast her fight as a choice of tyranny or religious freedom.
Perhaps this line from the Times captures Cruz perfectly:
Mr. Cruz stood off to the side, keeping an unusually low profile during the event.Sounds like the way his campaign has been going.
